The story
I became one of the UK's youngest estate agency branch managers. Targets hit, team led, pressure absorbed. From the outside I was the man who had it handled, and that reputation was earned in the room. What nobody saw was the version of me after the room. The composure I was praised for at work was a mask I could not take off at home, and the pressure I carried did not disappear when the office closed. It leaked, onto the people closest to me, as distance, as silence, as pain.
The turning point was not a breakdown. It was a realisation that stung more than one: everyone could tell me what was wrong. Nobody could show me the pattern running it. I had insight everywhere and change nowhere. So I went after the pattern itself, where it started, what it cost, what actually replaces it. Not theory I read, work I did, on myself first, then with hundreds of men in real conversations.
That work became the 3R Method: Recalibrate, Rebuild, Reframe. It has since been delivered inside NHS hospital wards at the Maudsley Trust, in schools through Genesis Impact, on panels and stages, and privately with founders and professionals who cannot afford for their private life to keep taxing their public one. Today the work has reached 5.1 million people, in five languages, and it grew 4x in the last year alone, because the men it is built for recognise themselves in it fast.
